is an independent British missionary sent from “Ivy Church Manchester”, England.

He is married to Flor Ulan-Taylor (from the Philippines and author of “When God Tells You to Rest” also available in Thai language: "พักใจในพระเจ้า")

Steve and Flor have been working with indigenous Thai churches under the Evangelical Fellowship of Thailand (EFT) for more than 40 years. They are faculty of Bangkok Bible Seminary where Steve is currently Director of Research and Development.

Steve has written a series of booklets on Christian doctrine for the Thai context - also published as a book (order ebook here) หนังสือ "ความจริงที่ควรเข้าใจ" (all in Thai language - available from Bangkok Bible Seminary)

In conjunction with the "Thai Christian Thinkers" group he wrote Questions-Answers on the Holy Spirit ถาม-ตอบ: เรื่องพระวิญญาณบริสุทธิ์   ;  Questions-Answers on LGBTQ+ ถาม-ตอบ: เรื่อง LGBTQ+ กลุ่มบุคคลที่มีความหลากหลายทางเพศ  and Questions-Answers on the Tithing & Giving ถาม-ตอบ: เรื่องสิบลดและการถวายของคริสเตียน (all in Thai language)

Several years ago he wrote 20 lessons for New Christians 20 บทสำหรับผู้เชื่อใหม่ with a guide for those following them up (all in Thai language). Follow the link to download for printing in book form.
